Niels has 20+ years of experience in technology delivery. He has worked in large consulting companies like Accenture and McKinsey and held technology executive roles at Standard Chartered Bank.
In more than two decades, Niels has been building teams across borders and cultures. He has experience working in India since 2002 and have lived there multiple times.
Niels knows what it takes to build high-performing technology teams. He has a vast network of technology experts that he utilizes to bring the best talent to the companies he work with. He currently spends most of his time between India and Singapore.
